BOOKING FEES & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
It is preferred that you contact our Concierge team to get a detailed customized quote for YOUR Wedding however this section will detail how to read and decipher our packaging.
We are so confident in our Pricing that if you find another venue of comparable stature that beats the quality and service that we provide… we will beat their price… just provide us their quote for an side by side comparison
You will appreciate the transparency in which we operate… your quoted price is the price, no additional fees or inclusions… and you can change anything you want up to 30 days prior to your wedding…
The process in which we determine the final bill is as follows:
Per Guest Fee + 15% Administration Fee + any additions/extras + 8% tax +Labor
I know that seems a little tricky at first but this formula allows you to pay for exactly what you want and avoid costly taxes and paying for items that you do not want or need. It looks different, its convenient, its exclusive, it allow you to have what you want… YOUR WEDDING, YOUR MENU… its YOU’nique… and it allows us to be more specialized in offering YOU… a Premier Service…
And the best part about it is that we can start from scratch and create custom packages just for you ….

BOOKING FEE 1,100.00 ROOM DESIGN/ CULINARY PACKAGE MINIMUM 6,000
~ ***Exclusive up to 11 hours***
BOOKING FEE $2,200 ROOM DESIGN/ CULINARY PACKAGE MINIMUM 8,000.00
Early entrance is $750.00 per hour ~ no time extension at end of evening. Ceremony may not begin before 5:00 pm
